Might swap out the cable ties for hydraulic brake hose. Ultegra grade.

My mudguard was held on with a cable tie after the top mount broke. It also had some dremel cut bolts that @scherrit made for me after the alu slotted washers for the dropouts broke. UK weather dissolves aluminium.
