Sidenote to that, does changing quantities change the amount of time for extraction? In my head, if you're using the same brew method and same ratio, the extraction time is the same, you just change water and coffee quantities.
Eg, can I use the above Aeropress recipe with 22.5g of coffee and 250g of water? If not, why not, and that's what I do with French Press, regardless of actual amounts, I keep the ratio always 3:50 and use 4 minutes (30 second bloom and 3.5 minutes brew).
