  • Dictionary definition of Racism is:
    Prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.

    Nowhere in this situation is Trevor Sinclair superior or being antagonistic because he believes himself or "his" race superior to the "race" of the policeman who arrested him.

  • I'm confused now. Are you saying if a black man calls a white man a 'White fucker' for example, then that is not racism?
    Not that I want a big discussion about it tbh, just a bit confused

  • But that isn't the CPS definition of racism, which - as far as I understand - doesn't require any "belief of one's own race is superior" for an offence to be committed. Happy to be corrected.
