Xmas Eve shut-ins! Advice please. I've got two builds on the go and can't decide which brakes and lever combo should go on which. No pics, unfortunately, so you'll have to imagine them.

Zipp 340 wheels
Mix of 7402 and Tricolour groupset (DT shifters)
Deda Piega bars
Quill stem (probs a 3t status)

Fluoro yellow and white lo-pro with curved raw alu fork
Same Zipp wheels but front is a 310 (650c)
Same mixed groupset
