I visited Okamura from tosa-hocho.de yesterday as he lives about 35km from my parents place.
I originally wanted the Zakuri Bunkaboocho mentioned above but went for a Santoku and Funayuki instead. Both are slightly cheaper but still look very nice, thanks to the walnut grip and Japanese engraving
