If I have a bike with two sets of wheels should I bed new pads in twice, once for each set of wheels?

I'd say "yes", as it's the rotors you're bedding-in rather than the pads.

That was my thinking. There's so much conflicting advice out there I've always regarding it as a
bit unnecessary, particularly with sintered pads, but I did get through a new set in 30 minutes last week.
