I've got a frame awaiting the same treatment (fixed, one disc) and after much trawling, I've bookmarked the Pioggia and R1.
From memory, the Pioggia is pretty much the only suitable fork if you want carbon (perhaps I ruled out others on the grounds of cost). Kinesis do a fork, but the A-C height is cyclo-X, rather than road.
I settled on R1 because they are outstanding value for money and a HY/RD can be troublesome with regards to lever throw. You do loose pad self-adjustment, but that results in a smaller, lighter caliper.
I still haven't got around to buying a disc fork or caliper for my fixed gear with 1 1/8 straight head tube.
I'm currently thinking Condor Pioggia disc fork and Juin Tech R1 caliper. Are there any better options out there for similar money?
I would consider going full hydro (and will soon have a spare Shimano R785 caliper), but I'll only be running a front brake and want to run drop bar/same hoods on both sides. Currently got SRAM S500 hoods and I'm happy with the shape, more so than the tektro/cane creek type hoods.
