Knife porn thread

Is there a go-to knife or are all knives at that price point more or less the same quality?

Oh man, I found a gorgeous knife for a reasonable price (95€).
Zakuri Bunka, the carrots in the bottom left were cut with the knife out of the box. I bet this knife gets beautiful patina over the years.

Handcrafted in Tosa, Japan and imported by a guy who has family over there and has a heart for traditional craftmanship.
Downfall: I missed the deadline for ordering this year by one day but still shot him a mail. Would be really cool if this works out.
