    Unbelievable. The defence being that because they didn't exist, he's not in contempt for not providing them, even though he said they did exist. Bunch of cunts.

  • I believe a few MPs have followed up with the Speaker on this. I don't know what that means - assume it'll be some arcane / procedural version of 'nevermind, eh?', but Davis is still slightly on the hook.

  • Yes, but I think Bercow said he was going to follow the guidance from the Brexit committee, so doubt anything more will be done. Maybe they'll get him for lying in the first place, but not enough seem that bothered.
    It's almost as if, however much of a clusterfuck the tories are making of this, no-one else wants to have a go. Never mind the country, let's keep our careers safe.
