Monzo is also pushing for a current account so looks like I'll be sticking with Halifax Clarity, Metro bank (ATM withdrawals in Europe) and Revolut for the moment.
Why? I have the current account and was initially a bit miffed that they'd binned the Prepaid. But if you just treat it like a prepaid then what's the difference?
Forgot all about this new Tandem card (cashback on transaction-fee free overseas spending) until they emailed me today. I've barely moved up the queue due to not playing their social media game. It's a reasonably innovative way of getting loads of free, targeted marketing but it doesn't quite sit comfortably with me.

Revolut was much more lightweight (and free cards) when I signed up to it, the extras all seem to have been added after I got my card and I hadn't even noticed them. It still works fine for putting money in and then spending with records of spend plus no transaction fees overseas (although only £200 overseas withdrawal per month which is annoying).
