that is quite different from what i'd originally posted!
Very, lighter and better. Horizontal top tube makes it look very different but I bet its not. Anyway it was just an example.
C2W is good and if you can find something using it, go ahead its good value. Not always easier or better to pay a chunk up front even if its less overall -

Bought a Chris King PF30 BB on the cheap, unused but fucked up on removal by some retard. Removed the damaged O-ring groove on my lathe. Made a groove and saved about €140,-.

Hmm I'd rather not to be honest.. I enjoy doing this for friends and my own projects, but really want it to stay a hobby instead of an extra job. Sorry for that..

Low profile, good value finishing kit, unusual paint. Sweet ride!

Just picked up 75% of this from @platypus and added the rest on the train. Always wanted a Swift when they were new because they just looked so right and balanced, very happy to own one. Will probably go tubeless and 1x10, maybe some loopy bars for South Downs excursions and hopefully some racing.

Bought an ugly Holdsworth Stelvio from planet-x. It is meant to be a "proper" commuter with 38mm tires, pannier and probably mudgards. It will also probably get a 105 groupset and bb7 brakes.
First built with parts I had lying around. -

Worth noting that under the c2w scheme i'd only pay approx £680 for £1k of bike

Second hand might be a shout.
