Would need something on the roll (or big enough sheets) if we were to be using a cutter.

Mylar is good and tough. Could back to some sort of PVC canvas

The Safety Pizza™ looks like it uses a mix of different mylar backed vinyl tape.

Think I've seen some reflective cordura out there in the wild at some point — would be really easy to cut, sew etc. and would probably last much longer, be washable etc.

Could aim to do an initial run of 100/200, branded LFGSS (screen printed onto it somewhere). Whetehr pizza, doner or simple safety triangle / pentagram / penis / vagina / pill face / LFGSS brand acid tab.

I was thinking more like 10 to start with but I'm happy to up-scale if we have a few people on board willing to spend the time helping.
Love the idea of smiley face etc patches.

Easy to add 20 extra to list just as provisional stock. Donate it to the LFGSS store or something.

What sorta size/attachment are people thinking?
About 6-8” long and a little loop in each corner then deal with it yourself?
Right now I can’t quite visualise if I’d want one per pannier or one in the middle resting on the mudguard?

If this goes anything like the lfgss summer caps then you won’t have to worry about how many you want

Okayyyy so I am probably back in the UK from mid january, and my machines should be coming with me (need to source a delivery man).

In the UK I have access to a domestic Cricut machine, and in Italy I currently have access to a Chinese laser cutter, or a huge ass CNC/cad-cam plotter-cutter-thing, AND a 3D printer AND...

So what I'm saying is... material delivery from China would be tight before I leave here, but otherwise I can make any of this stuff.

If material can arrive this week to Italy, I can easily make stuff now and get it sent out when I come back for chrimbo on the 22nd. Or better yet swing by London on the 23rd and hand over to someone else happy to do leg work.

I reckon stick to pizza for now.
Sold at cost price + postage + forum donation + beer donation for celebratory drinks for being wicked forumungers.
I wouldn't want them to be more than a £10-15 a pop. But that is based on zero knowledge of potential costs yet, just blind faith. Could be more but hopefully less.

What’s the rough cost for materials to get this going now or is it worth waiting for a bigger production run in the new year?
Alas I have no design, marketing or other suitable skills to make this happen sooner..
