Fair enough, I'd be pretty frustrated.
Maybe it's fairer to give them a chance to redeem themselves before you blast them on a forum?
I've always found places quite good when I have queried things or ask for a bit extra. They usually don't charge and I then break my general no tipping policy.

I didn't come here to be fair.
I came to vent about an establishment which I've had issues with in the past.
If I cared I could have had a word. @mashton can do that. I'm not going back to that pub anytime soon, so meh!
