What ingenious (read: cheap) things do people use to stand their phone/tablet up at eye-level when on the turbo?

I'm looking at potentially buying one of these Quadlock things with an extra case for my phone to glue it to.

Otherwise similar to @hippy at the moment I'm doing laptop on the dog's crate
