^^I'm not sure what your point is: if you are working to temper a Tory government then, yes, you should quit because you cannot succeed. How Milburn could ever have thought that Cameron or May were serious about social justice I have no idea. Like all those 'Tsar's who have come and gone from government having achieved nothing.
What are we going to do about this problem? Nothing. How are we going to do it? By setting up a commission.
