Just broke the pulley wheels on an old 5 speed Shimano Tourney Derailleur. The RD as a whole is pretty grim so I'm not inclined to replace the whole thing.
99% it's friction shifter. Am I best off getting this:

Any dérailleur is five speed compatible if you use friction levers and 8-speed chain
