Use a whetstone.
Go on that course in Peckham if you don't know how to use a whetstone.

One of these used with a bit of care: https://www.victorinox.com/uk/en/Products/Swiss-Army-Knives/Accessories/Dual-Knife-Sharpener/p/4.3323 is more than good enough for keeping a SAK sharp. Works a treat on kitchen knives and other blades too.

I'm hoping to get a Victorinox SAK from Father Christmas, just a mid sized one for EDC.
Will use the little blade for sharpening pencils, what's the best way of resharpening it / keeping it keen?
(Have I asked the knife thread equivalent of "how do I do a skid?")
