Interesting design but not sure I'd trust one bolt to hold the bars up on UK roads.

A single bolt is enough for most seat clamps, and they take a heavier load than aerobars.

also, if you have a short head tube, and put the extender down at the bottom it will rub on the front wheel, combine those two features, and you get awesome death.
