Some of mine, all now gone:
Loved this one, A Carerra Quattro Estay. These were built in the UK by Saracen from Reynolds 531 Magnum tubing. XT M735 group. The handling was dreadful with the standard fork but a 410mm A/C triple butted Kona P2 up front slowed the steering down and made it a joy to ride. Raced this with some success too.

How did you find the cheap rack? Any pics fitted?

As I went for the cheapest seller itβs not arrived yet! Will post pics on arrival. I think a few on here have used them with mixed results..

Some better pics on PedalRoom:
Any plans for the bike yet, @Constable_Savage?
The Courier Comp has the rear brake under the chainstays, which is cool.

Cool looking bike. Whatβs with the tube by seat tube - down tube junction? Any closer pics?

I'm going to service and clean, replace the tyres for city jets or maxxis DTH. Probably go for drops and bar-ends and produce something like yours. Pics will follow.

Really nice, even though it was the bottom of the line! I've got a real love for that era kona...94-96ish....I've built a lovely cindercone for my sister (the gold one with blue decals) with XTR and an orange Kilauea for my nephew. I nearly had a Ti Hei-Hei from the Zurich man who tests our lifting kit, but he wouldn't sell it.

Just bought this:
The rear brake is not under the stays. Was it limited to a special period of production?

I am building the same Courier Comp for my brother. It's the 1991 model, U brakes were from couple of years earlier.
