You could maybe get a flatter basebar, so long as you can still clamp the Zipp stuff to it.

Yeah I was thinking that. I could always go narrower - I think I'm on 42cm

I'm happy to go 2nd hand (90% of the fucking bike is anyway) on the setup though...What about that PDQ/ADR stuff?

Just had a Google and saw the 3T Vola for £500 on Sigma, which doesn't look any more aero than what I'm using. Ridiculous.

I went from a set of Vuka Alumina's like yours to PDQ + Tririg Sigma stem - was measurably quicker.
PDQs are up for sale on TT forum now as I have gotten hold of a set of 3t Ventus mk1s, the Tririg stem will also be up for sale providing I can get a replacement set of forks (otherwise the ventus bars will be up for sale)
