Yep, definitely on the flat side. Perhaps my error was in choosing the "freshly baked" over the boxed long life ones...or just avoid Sainsbury's.

Freshly baked Sainsbury's are better than the boxed jobbies imo. They are a bit flat but come in packs of 4 so not an issue :)
