My new bike:
Pelago Sibbo, with a few bottle bosses added. One to the seat tube to get the cage lower to have space for a half frame bag, and then that third cage under down tube and for low rider rack on the fork. Or cages on the fork with a full frame bag. Will be used for ultracycling/audaxes etc. and bike camping and whatever. Mostly with 28mm tyres, but will fit at least 40mm for winter and gravel.

How is the shifting with 11 speed unindexed? could imagine it being a bit finicky?

Cross post from a brake lever thread. Gutted a pair of old ergos, ran the cables through a jtek cable doubler (model S for road brakes) and rewrapped the bars. Point being I can now use any lever to control the front brake, plus no more tingly fingers from the tektro levers I was using before.

I've nothing here to measure the real width or height of the tyre but they're Panaracer race type-l evo 3 25mm on 17mm internal rims. Not an awful lot of space under that record front caliper for anything larger.

Not much of a voyage really, I'm in Tochigi-ken each year a few weeks, family visit, much in-laws, many relatives, little cycling.

Alfine cranks fitted to my new Day One 10
Dropped the ratio down 39x17 but with 35c tyres seems to be a happy ratio. Chain is much quieter, shimano quality chainring helps.

Bin find, XT M735 components in good condition, year unknown. Looks like a Marin at least.
The cranks are Sugino made Ritchey Logic. Headset is an XTR. Lite stem is fokked sadly.
Manitou 4 shocks are shot so I'm going to bin them again.
Not sure what to do with it tbh.

This will be shortlived and ultimately less useful to me than its old guise but I crossed up my pre-cursa.
Stem has since been raised and flipped.

This looks great, hadn't considered putting a disc fork on a PC, maybe i should buy the one i just sold back!
Any concerns using a front disc on a track frame? I had heard once that some disk frames were strengthened in certain areas to cope with the extra stopping forces a disc can apply but that might just be a myth/or i'm getting my wires crossed/or i'm talking bollocks.
Do you have any photos of that KG233 built up?
