I goofed up - I missed off the zero in 5ft10"

So I don't have to lose 30kg to be healthy? Oh well, that's a relief...

I am not 5ft 1", I am 5ft10"...
That's what they all say.

More progress. I've been pretty good at not boozing and eating less/better, plus doing frequent higher intensity rides and being strict about getting the push/sit ups in. Genuinely feeling slimmer and fitter now and I snuck a check on the scales in earlier this week and got a reading of <11st, which was massively encouraging. My belt is in the next notch and I think I can legitimately drop a jeans size.
17/08/2017 – Weight: 11st 11lb and 1/4. BMI = 23.6
24/08/2017 – Weight: 11st 7lb and 3/4. BMI = 23.2
31/08/2017 – Weight: 11st 6lb and 1/2. BMI = 22.9
07/09/2017 – Weight: 11st 4lb and 1/4. BMI = 22.6
21/09/2017 – Weight: 11st 2lb and 1/2. BMI = 22.3
05/10/2017 - Weight: 11st 0lb and 3/4. BMI = 22.0So, I've lost 11lbs in seven weeks and to reach target weight of 10st 9lb, I have 5lb and 3/4 to go. I wonder if I'll naturally arrive at that by keeping up the same routine? Or by keeping it up I'll end up actually losing more than that? We'll see...

Big landmark on the eighth week - lost a stone and two BMI points so far. Getting up at 6am is getting harder now it’s dark, but I genuinely wish I could do it every day and feel like I’d rather not indulge most of the time. I’m out tonight for beer and curry, so am glad I got the weigh in before that. Some work commitments will interfere with the routine slightly over the next couple of weeks, but I should have 3 weeks end of Oct/first half of November where I can really stick to it and get plenty of morning miles in. I’m realistically hoping to achieve the 10st 9lb target by 9th November.

Weight is slowly creeping up from 64 to 65KG... I've been good though and clothes are still loose, so not worrying too much about it.
A broken biek means no cycling, which means I don't eat the calories, but too much sitting isn't good. Fixing time this weekend...

Bit insensitive.

ha.
Only managed a couple of days in total, but they were no problem.
Down about 2kg so far but exercise regime all messed up due to dodgy ankle.

Finally started on a downward trend again. Yay for me.

Took a week off work for a staycation and went from 72 to 77kg :p
Daily drinking and ate all the food. Back on the bread smoothies and calorie deficit now....
Also stopped taking creatine as it was doing fuck all and probably making me heavier. -

That's impressive. Good work. :)

It's probably more where I should be, honestly.

02/11/2017 - Weight: 10st 9lb and 1/4. BMI = 21.3Target achieved in 11 weeks. I suspect I will continue to lose more weight under the current regime, as I tipped the scales at 10st 8lb and 1/2 earlier in the week. Not really sure what to aim for now. I might just keep doing what I'm doing until it levels off and then see if I can work out some performance goals instead. I've been using a HRM, but only out of curiosity really, and to check I'm working hard enough. Was surprised to see my max has increased to 190bpm and can comfortably average 155 for around 2hrs.

Nice one. Just out of interest, how tall are you?

Thinking my up-tick in weight is probably something to do with doing deadlifts....

Cool. If you've cut BF then no better time to start working on performance...

Body fat scales?
I've started going to the gym again so weight loss has slowed but everything "feels" better.
I should chart my bf% but I'm lazy.

Nah. Been eating more than usual but have been doing more lifting combined with the usual bouldering. Just a bit wary of moving the strength/weight needle in the wrong direction.

I just wanna get massive over the winter so I can punch through driver's side windows. ;)

Creatine and PCP. The breakfast of champions.
You sure you're looking at the right column?
What's that in proper measurements? 44-60kg?!
