I was thinking about this... one solution would to flip the direction of the one way. So instead of running south to north it could be from north to south.
Not sure how the business there would feel but it would solve a lot issues for cyclist.
It would make a mess of visiting a site by car/truck coming from the south circular.... But it's about time cyclists got some priority.
