Yep, that sounds about right to me... it's crazy that people can not afford a shitty 2 bed flat in East London these days without six figures from mum and dad/anyone anywhere else.

Maybe our values are not so far apart?

I imagine they might well be. Having recently tried to rent for a reasonable price in east London and seeing some of the horrendous places people are trying to let has left me a little bitter.

I hear ya, and I imagine I would be too, and yeah, renting in East London is ridiculous now.

Something does need to change...
