SKs aren't easily found yet. The UK panaracer distributor has them now so I've asked an LBS if they can order me some.
I did read on a thread from across the pond that they came up as 51 on the knobbles. I don't know what their internal rim measurement was though. -
Just been to see a mate who's mounted them on the cheapest dt swiss 650b rims, where they came up true to size.

Has anyone here Gravelkings in 650x48? Are they True to size? Also, is SK version much wider on knobs?
