Sorry if this has been answered up thread already, but I was wondering if there's a measurement I can make to see if 650 wheels are an option for a particular frame? The bike in question is in Glasgow so the chances of offering up a wheelset to try and fit it are slim, I guess. It's a 48cm (ie. very small) Condor Italia with a Condor fork, currently with 700x25 shoes.
