Hah, thanks! Yeah, I think consistent training over the year and a kilo less bike has made a big difference. Wondering about next season now. Same again with TrainerRoad (starting from an increased baseline of course) or mix it up and try something different? I suspect I’ll stick with TR, based on the significant increase in power I’ve managed to achieve so far.
David is good - it’s all a wall of noise really but your name comes through most effectively. I’m number 95 (off at 12:05). Thanks for any and all support!
