How do I remove this little bitch? Bodge suggestions that don't require me buying yet another tool (that I only need once) highly encouraged.
Edit: Drive side came out easily but used a spanner not pins
If you have a pipe wrench, you can grib it with that and use strips to secure the handle. That's how I got mine out of the GF's bike.
I managed to get it out by jamming wire coat hangers in the pin holes and twisting them. Worked in this case, it must have been nice and loose.
