here . As it has a RH thread, you need to tighten the bolt with a socket inside the BB shell. M14 is likely to be the best fastener size. -
If you have a pipe wrench, you can grib it with that and use strips to secure the handle.
That's how I got mine out of the GF's bike.

How do I remove this little bitch? Bodge suggestions that don't require me buying yet another tool (that I only need once) highly encouraged.
Edit: Drive side came out easily but used a spanner not pins
