It's using the Minoura SG 400 extender: https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/accessories/large-2735mm-minoura-space-mount-sg-400-short-extension/
My bars are actually quite narrow, 40 cm, and so there's not much by the way of unwrapped space to separately mount the tech bits and I dislike things like the K-edge mount where one would try and hang it all from a single thin mount.
