Sure they are. Wiggle, Chain Reaction and all the German mailorder places.. they are just not cheap.. price including shipping will be between £20 and £25. Main advantage is you can select some colours.. :-)

A couple of rides and the left walkable cleat cover on my zero pedal lost somewhere around redhill station last weekend, I'm cursing because the covers are not sold individually and list price for replacement is not cheap.
The old x pedals with no covers, just lasted five years of commuting with little maintenance..
Still I love the free float and easy clip in..
