How much will the geo and handling affect by going from 45mm to 43mm rake forks?

Assuming the axle to crown length is unchanged, changing front tyre pressure by 5psi will be more noticeable.

~~fair enough, a-to-c the same, essentially there is a fork I want but only comes in 43mm rake, the current one is 45mm.~~

its 40mm not 45mm. Drastic difference?
