Had a little ‘mishap’ last Wednesday morning, just before Ludgate Circus off St Brides Lane.
The Train and I were quite bashed up, but both will survive, after some replacement parts...
I’m slightly annoyed that the company involved has acknowledged that they have received my email, but haven’t yet meaningfully responded.
I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt for a few more days, but I reckon it could be a “sorry guv, you are on your own” response.
Either way, it will affect what i do with the train after the Isen has arrived.
I wouldn't let it sit for a few days, realistically its 2017 you should get responses from a company quicker than that.
Also by "the company involved" do you mean the parts manufacturer or did you get hit? Heal up!
British Cycling have passed it on to their product liability solicitors, so i’m Just waiting for the companies response before deciding what to do.
I.e. if their response is up to scratch
