Taifun. Can be found in my local ‘health’ food place - as well as many other independents.

I didn't make it myself but chef's notes are:
"Bear in mind that I only put in 1.5 large cloves of garlic in that sauce & then had to at least double the hummus to weaken it a bit. I'd say one small clove is all that's needed.
I did the optional peppers. I didn't put dill on the veg, just in the sauce" -

Pretty strong endorsement right there. There's some pseudo health food shops round our ends now so I'll keep an eye open for this stuff.
Trying to be healthy at the moment and reduce carbs but I'm grossed out at how much meat that potentially involves. Suspect it's going to be a shitload of fish and tofu instead.

Can get 99% of taifun stuff in Waitrose for a fraction of health food shop prices. They’re all delicious.

One way to reduce carbs is not to have them as a separate item on the plate,
eat beans/pulses for the protein, and the slow release carbs come gratis. -

More things to worry about than carbs / protein

Has anyone had Oumph! yet? Liz had it in burger form in Gothenburg over the weekend and said it’s pretty good.
Think WholeFoods are selling it in a few branches. -
