Kia Sportage: opinions?
Not after anything groundbreaking. Just something big, with good reliability, and good VFM. Kia seems to tick all these boxes.
Test drove a 1.2 Skoda Yeti this morning, and am not sold. Booked a test drive with Kia on Friday. One I’m looking at is 5 years old with 50k.
My GF will be the main driver, and she’s not too keen on the Yeti, but is concearned the Sportage is a bit too big.
How big? What do you need to carry?
And most importantly, why an SUV? Why not a proper car without the sporting lifestyle bollocks pretensions?
Dogs. Bikes. Camping gear.
2 week road trips in France with all our shit and dogs and not feeling cramped are what we want size for.
Our mini Clubman is great, but just not up to this sort of ask. Even with a roof box.
