She's enough of a threat to herself to simply resign, triggering a leadership bid/general election.

I would put £20 on a GE before the end of November.

Do it. However, again I don't see it happening.

None of those would improve their parties position IMO. Generally the Tories are always much more calculated and organised with leadership matters.
