Thanks for sharing. It's from about 20 minutes onwards for the benefit of others.
Well worth a listen - Mair's ability to totally deconstruct a shit politician is pretty much unrivalled, he's great. Makes John Humphries look like an amateur.

I, for one, hope sincerely that all the extraneous stuff didn't distract anyone from the undoubtedly highly substantial policy announcements in her speech.
Amen to that. Seriously. So she had a cough and the set fell down. I don't like her one bit but let's focus on their policies? Corbyn supporters rightly don't appreciate when the Tories ignore his policies and attack his image or bark lines about him not being fit for the job. I wonder what Labours response will be to her performance yesterday. I hope they take the high road and pull her up on her bullshit promises rather than the optics of it.

It's not. That is a long running niche video series in the US. I remember seeing them to rent in Blockbuster BITD.

-

Heard that yesterday PM.
Eddie Mair should be on TV everyday in the run-up to the next election skewering a prevaricating MP/lobbyist/pollster.Amber Rudd also came off 2nd best to Emma Barnett on BBCR5Live earlier in the day.

I know it's a bit 'Canary' to complain about Nick Robinson (and dig up his supposed history as a Tory fan), but wow, he really does give the Tories an easy ride. It does seem likely that Cameron and Osborne leaned hard on the BBC to get James Naughtie farmed out to do occasional in-depth reports and instead drop in Robinson.

Not sarcasm. Agreed on the bullshit double speak she spouts. That's what she should be pulled up on.
I think Corbyn has an opportunity to look statesman-like now. Interesting to see what happens.
