  • Because they're just staff and don't exactly dictate when things close? Because they get replaced every six month by another individual who couldn't give a flying fuck about whether your item is broken or not as thy're barely there to remember the name of the next member of staff? Because staying after the doors are shut unpaid is shit and doing it a multitude of times a week sucks?

    If that particular individual has stayed an extra 45 minutes was genuinely keen to help you, it's because they gave a shit and they deserve Kudos, because your case isn't a statistical standard.

    I'm not disparaging the face that whomever helped him has a shitty attitude to work. I'm saying I can see the reason why that's all. Just being realistic, or maybe I'm just too headstrong in regards to this subject.
