I was with Three for a year until recently. Customer services were great but I had a few problems with reception, especially inside buildings.
I found it very patchy in Blackheath, Greenwich and in bits of Islington around Liverpool Road.
Roaming service was excellent and I travelled a lot last year but I guess that is because it isn't using the three network.
Switched to EE and have noticed a big improvement.
Exactly the same, I was with 3 for years and moved to EE and the difference was massive in both speed and reliability. 3 are shit if you live and/or work indoors.
