• What's the view of Three in terms of network coverage and customer service? I seem to recall a while ago they were not particularly well thought of, but not sure if that's changed.

  • Moved to 3 from O2 a couple of years ago and saw a big increase in speed on the mobile data front and slightly patchier reception in the countryside (Devon). Customer service is good. I've rarely spent over my contract allowance despite often using my phone abroad. Overall very good compared to my experiences with O2, GiffGaff, Orange, etc.
