Spec said 12mm front and rear, i'd have thought it's 142mm, as they're becoming the norms for road disc.

From what I seen this afternoon it definitely was 150.

Epic day of fun that, good that I'm not in the pics. :)

Are there more gravel bikes than gravel now?

Bought AndyP’s single speed cross bike and picked it up at the weekend and converted it to be used on the fire roads of the South Wales valleys.

good use of couch.
Pic doesn't show how lairy the tape is.

This bike needs lairy* tape.
*I prefer rowdy.

Fear not. That tape is definitely rowdy having been woken up by it yesterday morning.

My sentiments exactly. I find Matt blk/raw carbon bikes look so boring.
Obviously I’ll be wearing a good selection of my 90’s fluro lycra when I’m out riding

You sure it's 150mm hub spacing on the Orro? All their builds are shown with fulcrum wheels which aren't offered in that config. If it's 12x100 front it really should be 12x142 rear
I kept thinking "this can't be right" so I spoke to Orro this morning. It's 142 - but the axle is 150mm long, which is what caused the confusion. I asked if they were definitely sure and they were - the chap at Orro found the idea of it being 150mm quite amusing I think!
Entirely my fault as I should have just asked Orro in the first place before I even got hold of the bike, but it doesn't help that my LBS don't have much experience in thru axles yet as they're not really a MTB type shop and they're such a new thing on road bikes. Good news though, just need to order the Hope 142 conversion kit now.

Excellent! Just spotted the caliper change. Looks good and the fire roads of the Valleys sound fun...
The Orro's requirement for flat mount was something else I'd missed until I got the call from my LBS who were swapping the parts over. I'm not very good at building bikes :)

Dropper is hooked up to the unused shiftier which is clever.

The real problem with these - not that 'omg undo brake caliper' nonsense - is that modern Leftys have a habit of killing themselves if you dare go beyond the rather stingy service intervals.

What bike is that?

Pinnacle Arkose, under the paint.
Does anything an OPEN will do but for £350 rather than £2500. Extremely, extremely happy with mine.

I can't see anything - can you please remove whatever it is from an urban environment?
Seriously though I've just recommended one of these to a chap at work who is getting his first commuting bike on cycle2work (we have to use Evans). My good deed for the year done.
