He means matching hubs. Different hubs will put the rotor in a slightly different position, so each time you change the wheel, you have to faff around to get the rotor centred again.
Added: it's a 2 minute job most of the time, it's just not something you'd want to do in the middle of a race. If you were that way inclined.
I would get matching hubs so you dont have to fuck about with your brakes every time you change wheels
