Thanks all. I need to read up a bit more. Got to admit they (Iron Heart 18oz) were so stiff I could barely get the buttons undone. Having said that once I tried them on 36 didnt seem that long - weird as I'm 28.5" inside leg on a good day. I can imagine they will shrink - obvs a long term project
