oat to the rescue!

Too kind. His tweets mentioned Waterloo area so that narrowed it down hugely. I looked at satellite images on google maps and 3d Apple maps, and it was pretty much the first place I looked -concrete landscaping not too large. Something about the type of benches made me think it was a fairly recent development. I tried to look at estate agents for internal courtyard pics, no luck there, but then tried to work out the name of the whole block. Once I got the name of it, the pic of the boy on the bench came up and I couldn't believe my luck.

Also captured this am from Totteridge common side. The National Institute for Medical Research. Those seeking hills North will ride past. Tenuous link was Btob belatedly celebrating John Cornforth's centenary. Those keen on their steroids will know Cornforth did his early work at the nimr. An Aussie genius, with previous tag bellboi painted shop front also an Aussie stronghold. Don't know when building hoardings will envelope it.

It is really quite easy to find. If I get a chance, etc.

I've always shyed away from crosswords due to dyslexia, so I'm really not very good at working out these clues!
Besides I was perhaps a bit over enthusiastic that my bike would be ready to ride today and it's not
