Back on party wall agreements.
I'm in a converted, into two flats, terrace. I own a share of the building freehold together with the guy who owns downstairs. We each have a lease for our respective flats.
I'm doing a loft conversion. He has OK'd the loft conversion but do I need to formally serve a Party Wall Notice? I'm not sure if it is necessary, I don't think any work is happening on the boundary.
