    RoL insurance covers you for the financial costs of the neighbour successfully gaining an injunction, the premiums are based up my comp budgets. I get a referrers fee, for introducing the client to the broker, which is based upon the cost of the premium!

    [edit - the absurd thing is that I have been doing this for 15 years and not one neighbour has ever wanted to protect their light more than they wanted the compensation. see previous post - we all want our slice...]
