Wegelius' book is a really good read. Gives a good insight into some of the shitty ways pros get treated by their teams.
The irony being that both Wegelius and Southam, who was the ghostwriter, now work for Vaughters, who has a terrible reputation for treating riders badly when he doesn't want to retain them.
