I have those, you've probably seen them on my look on rainy days. Advantages are super quick to take on and off, but they bounce alot unless you use zip ties on in addition to the rubber mounts. Also no coverage from rear wheel spray below the seat stays. I stick a piece from a rear crud road racer and zip tie to rear brake bridge to get full coverage. Can show you next time I see you.
They were never very secure, so any knock would result in the 'guards rubbing against the tyre.
Anyway, I have now bought SKS race blade pro xl's which attach via rubber clips to the stays. Fingers crossed they are easy and secure.
