Looks like the headset is a shimano 600 from the 6207 group, I never had one of these but the later 6400 headset had a really low stack height. When I put Campa Record on my Olmo, I wanted to put on the matching record headset but the locknut wouldn't grip cause the steerer was cut to length for the low-stacking shimano headset. Might be sth to keep in mind before you get spendy with a chris king or so...

So remaining bits:
Saddle: Romin Pro arriving early next week when @Holmes321 gets back from Mallorca
Seatpost: either black Gran Compe or black S65, although black S65 are pricey (and I have silver ones on two other bikes)
Chain: Athena 11sp, ordered
Cassette: Campag from Gruber
Tyres: I have a Strada LGG gumwall 28c already, so just going to get another one. Should look banging.
Headset: the Shimano will do in the short term, but long term it just got to go. Maybe replace with classic Campag, new Campag Record 1" threaded, or my ideal would be stealth Chris King for some bling.
